Refund requests related to wallet balances are typically processed within 5–10 business days, provided the request complies with our security and verification procedures. - Crypto Handling Services
Vaultz may facilitate access to third-party cryptocurrency services. All crypto transactions are irreversible and are executed at your own risk. Vaultz does not offer refunds for crypto purchases, conversions, or transfers. However, we will investigate and assist in resolving any suspected technical errors or unauthorized activity affecting crypto-related services. - Prepaid Services
Prepaid products or services (such as prepaid cards, top-up services, or vouchers) are non-refundable once purchased or activated, unless:
